Refund policy

If you would like to return an item, you must notify Twinkle of Tina LLC within seven (7) days of your order being delivered and obtain a return authorization number. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return packaging. Once your returned items have been received and inspected, you will be refunded for the items authorized for return. Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed. Please allow 2 weeks for returns to be processed and for any refunds to be issued.

Prior to using our products, please ensure that you have read and understand all the directions on the product label and on our website, so that you will be able to apply the product correctly.

Product Damage in Shipment or Defective.

If the item you receive is damaged in shipment or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt to initiate a return. 

Cancelling an Order

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at twinkleoftina@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
